"I recently had my OC condo remodeled by Shore Points OC and, Mario and his team were outstanding !! I really can’t say enough good things about the project, but I will try. From the initial meeting with Mario and Melissa, I could tell immediately this was the right choice. They listened to my plans, offered suggestions, and I could tell it would be a “partnership” from the beginning. I wanted someone local for many reasons, and they checked all the boxes. One thing I look for in choosing a contractor, in addition to their work product, is the “business” side of the project. After identifying the work needed, their written proposal was excellent… clear and concise… showing each phase of the project, cost, timing, and importantly, what the owner needed to purchase. This was a COMPLETE remodel of an 1,100 sq ft condo, everything except windows, including demolition, doors, kitchen cabinets and countertops, 2 full tiled bathrooms, vinyl flooring, woodwork, electrical, and painting ! Mario, and his subs, also made excellent suggestions, such as shiplap in the living area and the kitchen layout. As I mentioned, using a local contractor and vendors was important. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work as well. Flooring, kitchen, bath, tiling, etc. was excellent, plus Mario’s responsiveness with any questions I had. Finally, I get suspicious with any review that is too good, with no negatives. I can honestly say I had to think hard to come up with something. So looking back, the project took a little longer to complete than estimated. However, since it was off season and I was in no rush, it wasn’t a negative for me at all. In fact, the result was well worth the extra time needed! I will give Shore Points 5 ⭐️ for this project and will absolutely continue to use them for any future work! Thank you!"

"Great There was not a door at the top of the stairs. They matched my other door to include trim paint and hardware. The matching door was not easy to find . They kept me informed. After installation they came back to insure everything was to my satisfaction.From start to finish I knew what was going on They are professional , the price was fair, they are neat and really care about the customer. "Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

"My experience with Israel was positive. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. I had an issue with my two exterior doors, where huge gaps were visible all around the doors. It caused cold air to penetrate into the house and made the interior of the house colder than the outside temperature.
