"Paid $400 for the roof antenna. One TV pulls in several channels but the TV at the other end of the house for which I requested an antenna still only gets one station, channel 2 in Philly. When i contacted VIP the response was instant. Technician arrived and made quick and important adjustment. Right now antenna gives reception front and back of house. VIP stands behind its work"

"The tech arrived on time and did a satisfactory job with the tv mount. The ad said the tech also would handle the technical side of hooking the satellite tv back up. We have 3 tvs. When he was finished 2 of the tvs did not work as before. In addition, there was a large cable going from the wall mounted tv to the cabinet with the receiver. I was expecting the tech to fish it through the wall. He said he didn't know how and that I would have to hire someone else to do that. Then I was charged twice. However, Angie's list refunded one of the charges. I called to get things straightened out but did not get results. Eventually my son-in-law got the other 2 tv's working correctly."
