"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. "The first home we renovated with NJSA was our family home in 2015. It is a Dutch Colonial and like many older, small to medium sized homes, the property itself is a nice size but all living spaces were facing the street, without a pleasant flow to the backyard. The added difficulty was that the staircase is on the back wall, seemingly blocking the option to open the living room to an addition, and so the only access to the backyard was through the crowded 6x9 kitchen: so clumsy and discouraging hosting family and friends. The back of the home is on the North side too, making the kitchen feel even more dark and cramped.
