He did a super thorough job walking through the house with us and assessing everything we had called out along with some other things we hadnâ  t realized either. He explained everything really simply and clear so we felt very comfortable with his feedback and recommendations. Our house needed quite a lot of work so we knew it would be crucial to find someone who would be able to effectively coordinate each facet of the job while being transparent about costs so we could manage our budget.
