Overall, I had a positive experience working with Ryan. He was responsive, communicated well throughout the project, and was willing to answer questions and discuss different options as the work progressed. The crew arrived when expected, kept the project moving, and completed the work within a reasonable timeframe. The finished garage came out great. "We had been looking to renovate a laundry room and an adjacent powder room for several years. The project involved making the laundry room smaller and expanding the powder room to allow for an easy access full shower for an elderly family member with mobility issues. While the available space didn't allow for full ADA shower John Marzano used his decades of experience to plan for maximum use and accessories necessary to meet our needs. John met with us several times and listened to our wants and needs. The workmanship was excellent, the tiling involved large format porcelain tiles for the shower walls that are almost 4' by 4' each. He promised that he would handle it, along with the shower pan, back splash behind the vanity, and the new tile floor. We couldn't be happier, and everyone that has seen it says it's the best tiling work they have ever seen. Same accolades go for the carpentry work, placement of the grab bars and and shower fixtures. His advice was spot on from the planning phase to project completion. In short, we would absolutely use him again and would recommend him with 100% confidence to our friends and family."
