"Carlos Dominguez shows no respect to his customer. It is unprofessional - and totally unacceptable - to not answer my emails, telephone calls, text messages. He walked away from my kitchen remodeling project after my email, where I expressed unhappiness with the quality of work, expecting more from someone who has 95% five-star rating. In three and a half days of work there were multiple mistakes in plumbing: including selecting the wrong PVC fittings, not installing the roof vent flashing properly, and drilling oversized holes in the studs violating the building code. Similarly - ignoring the manufacturer's installation manual - he shows up with the wrong duct size for the kitchen exhaust. It must be embarrassing to face criticism from a homeowner, who seems to know more, or care more about things getting done right. His answer: sending a check back without any word, claiming full credit for unfinished, uninspected work. No discussion. Is client satisfaction is the number one goal?"

"Adrian and Nigel, of Skies Are The Limit did an excellent job in remodeling my laundry room. They always arrived early. They were dependable and were able to do the job without any issues. They were respectful and paid attention to our wishes for the room. They installed new cabinets, granite countertop with sink, shelves, installed new floors, removed and replaced sheetrock around the room, and painted. I would recommend Skies Are The Limit to do any job and do it well."

"WORST experience ever! Contract signed 7/5, told 2 wks for cabinets and 5 days for work to be completed. Work not started until 8/13. Contract says floor to sub-floor and total demo of walls to studs. Only 3 walls done and floor installed over tile floor. Asked about price compensation, NO! Lazy susan in my new corner cabinet suggested by him, not here asked him he said no. Said he would get for me, NOT INSTALLED. Asked for Breakfast nook, got counter height kitchen island, when asked about height he said it was what I asked for. I said a breakfast nook he said yes! He attached kitchen island to my wall covering my AC register. When asked about it he said that's what needed to be done. Wrong register should have been moved. Ceiling fan removed told him I wanted it, found in garbage broken! Asked for 4 more outlets he put 2 and then I lost one of my old ones so technically got 1. Told him I DID NOT want long skinny cabinet put 1 under my peninsula. Peninsula supposed to be bar height, NOT! 5 day job? 4 weeks without a kitchen! Not here when told they would be. Lied to multiple times about what he said to me. When corrected he would ignore and not acknowledge. Asked for pot filler not here! Contract says faucet of my choice, told him I wanted Delta faucet he installed one not Delta that is already leaking. Deep scratches left in my hardwood floor from him. He came with tiny can of shellac and covered minor ones and said there was nothing he could do about the deeper ones. I said redo floor he said no not his fault granite did it. Deep gashes in my entry hallway that is wallpapered done by him. He told ME to put sheet rock over and redo wall. asked, You're doing? Told no granite did it not him. New molding in kitchen doesn't line up with paint line followed by old molding. Light switch to be moved from day of estimate, argued with me about it. Told him I wanted it done. Finally did on last day and covered wall opening with only plaster big bubble left in wall. He did fix that. Couldn't believe it was left like that. YOU left it that way! Contract says garbage removed daily HA it was removed once and only after I asked multiple times! I paid summonses from DSNY for my garbage b/c of this. Did not supply own garbage bags or painting supplies and then threw the ones I bought out in the garbage. Asked for bread drawer, NOT here. Found a huge scrape on the corner of my granite, not his fault. Asked for new kitchen window, not done. Very unprofessional staff, cursing, screaming and racist comments. Asked to stop. NOT. He made very inappropriate passes at me and offered me $500 if my husband could put in a shelf he left. My husband is overweight and could not fit in long skinny cabinet, It was done, never got the $, Told multiple times not to leave my doors open, came home multiple times to find my front door wide open (I have 3 indoor cats). Asked for receipts multiple times, still haven't seen any. Asked to fix a drawer that wasn't closing 3X still not closing correctly. Drawer damaged by him to be replaced told me he ordered 3 weeks ago I called Euro design and HIS GIRL told me she heard about it for the 1st time the night before. Called me rude and my attitude horrendous This 5 day project is still not complete after almost 4 months! Brought tubing back to Home Depot for me. never saw the $. So he's a thief too! Entered my house w/o my permission through my front deck sliding door. And this is not even everything but... BEWARE Promises everything delivers nothing but aggravation! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
