Since then, I have used him on several other projects including a roof Job for my mother in-law and rental property repairs. He has also done repair work for my neighbor.
Workers did not cover ground around house beforre ripping tiles and roofing material. This debris was just thrown down onto ground with no protection. Some of this debris fell into my pond, contaminating fish and water, damaging screens on my windows, and were going to leave as is. My husband came home and saw the mess and made sure they helped him clean up.It was not my husbands responsibility to clean up their mess, especially when it could have been avoided in the first place by covering the area.
This is unacceptable. I waited the next morning for workers to show up and scolded them for killing my fish etc. and it was only then that they took the precautionary measures they should have done in the first place.
