Osorio Tree Service

Trust isn't a word I have used with many service providers over the years, but Marvin, his crew, and Osorio as a whole deserve all the recognition in the world. From the moment Marvin provided a quote and recommendations for a 13-man crew and a full day of work, I was sold. Compared to other vendors he not only has expert knowledge, but an honest approach and the professional machinery to back it up. We had numerous other companies look at our property and outline various plans of attack, but given the difficulty in accessing the property and the size of the trees and vicinity to our home - none were up to par. It is hard to find a professional crew in the Catskills with the type of equipment Marvin showed up with. Morning of, Marvin and a 13-person crew arrived on time and immediately got to work - it was like an orchestra... We had multiple teams simultaneously craning down 10+ 60-foot trees next to our home, while others were pruning trees from a bucket, and stumps were being ground down. The property was immaculate by the time the job was done. I will never look for another tree service provider again - for any job: large or small.

The above ratings speak for themselves. Mr. Osorio and his crew arrived promptly at 8 AM and worked continuously and diligently on a very hot day until about 5:30 PM with a short lunch break. They all were hard-working, respectful, courteous and attentive to our needs. All work was done as contracted and with extras. Mr. Osorio is an honest person and his staff carries on his work ethic. We are very satisfied with the results and have already recommended him to others. We are planning to use his services again in the future.

Mr. Osorio and his crew showed up bright and early, got started right away, worked throughout the day non-stop, took down all of the trees needed to be removed, let us know about potential problems down the road, cleaned our driveway and yard of leaves, cleaned our roof and gutters and did some additional work that we hadn't even asked for!  They were extremely professional, courteous and we would absolutely use them again in the future.
Our neighbor liked their work so much he came over and hired them on the spot to remove trees from his property, which they did that same day and the next.

Marvin was great to work with throughout the entire process.  He returned my initial phone call within two hours and performed the work the following week.  He walked my property and listened to my concerns and he followed with some great suggestions.  He certainly knows the tree business inside and out.  He arrived at 8:00am on the day of the job exactly as he told me.  His crew started working right away and they spent the better part of day cutting and clearing the property.  When the job was completed, the property looked great.  I had called other "big" tree service companies and a couple of them never called me back.  As I have many trees, I will certainly be calling Marvin back in the future.

It was amazing. They were so polite and fast. They completely cleaned up afterwards as well. They are excellent.
