"Due to the pandemic only outside pest control was carried out. Carpenter ants, spiders and such were addressed. I have a yearly plan. I have had their fabulous service for at least 6 years. This is the first time they didn’t treat indoor space but in the past they could be very thorough using essential oils that had a pleasant smell that dissipates and does the job extremely well. It is safe for humans and pets alike. Their service people from arranging an appointment to the professional who does the actual service are excellent."

"They came by and sprayed the hornets nests. They said they would return later on that week once all were dead and power wash the nests off my home.  I had to keep calling them to return to do this.  When he finally returned his power washer was not strong enough to reach the hives even with his ladder, but he said that eventually the hives would fall apart and disappear.  Here it is over a year later and the hives are still there. My neighbors used someone else. They cost half the price and the hives are completely removed from their home. I would not recommend or use them again.

"The exterminator showed up a bit late, but he was kind enough to call ahead and say he was going to be a bit late. He showed up with all the necessary materials. He engaged in a conversation to figure out the situation. And, then he got to work. He thoroughly vacuumed all areas in question, including inside a box spring. He did everything necessary to pretty much guarantee that the bugs (not bedbugs) would be gone within a few days. The last thing he did was spray the place."

"The sales were great and the young man that always came out to service was great.  They were even very pleasant to speak with on the phone.
Availability was tough, when there was an issue the service person would only be in my area one day per week, so if it happened on a Thursday, I would have to wait until Tuesday to see them.
I had an ant problem and it never really was resolved. I had the top package offered with everything except termite protection, yet when it was suggested to have stakes placed in the ground with some repellent or bait, they would not do it unless I paid extra. Pretty certain that should have been included in my plan. I even heard a "whisper" from one employee that it should be included in my plan.
When it came time to re-up my yearly service, the price increased by $200. After searching around, I phoned them and left a voicemail asking someone to call me back regarding the increase of the price and I never heard from them again.  Therefore I never phoned them again.
I would have used them again if the price could have remained the same and if they could have just included the in-ground stakes. I like the idea of eco friendly pest services and have used that type in previous locations, but this was the only one I could find in my area.
