"Dryer vent and duct work cleaning. They do try to add on things at additional cost but I found them professional and cleaned up after themselves. You just have to keep focused on the job they came for. Showed up on time and kept me informed of what they were doing at all times"

"Gutters were cleaned and debris collected. Then the downspouts were flushed to check for smooth water flow. I was especially impressed at how clean the gutters and house siding were left with no stains on the siding and no mud or caked leaves left at the foundation or driveway. Certainly the best cleaning that has ever been performed at my house."

"Tonya and her crew do a fantastic job every time! I love getting the deep cleaning done where she doesn’t miss a single surface. They are very professional but also a super friendly crew that I love having at my home. I would highly recommend Tonya for house cleaning services and hope they stay in the business forever!"

Trash cans are some of the most likely areas in your home to harbor bacteria, insects, and foul odors, so you should plan on spot cleaning once a week and disinfecting and deep cleaning at least once per month. Doing so will help reduce the risk of mold growth, help prevent attracting insects into your home, and aid in eliminating unpleasant odors in your home. Add the task to your routine house cleaning checklist to make sure you don’t forget.

Whether or not a cleaner brings supplies also depends on their preference. Some cleaning services require the homeowner to supply cleaning products and a few basic materials (sponges, paper towels, rags, a mop, and vacuum, for example), but others bring everything they need to get in, clean, and get out.

You can always ask whether or not they bring their cleaning supplies, and if so, make sure you’re comfortable with what they use. If you prefer organic or natural products, for example, you may need to supply them or pay a premium.

The type of cleaning requested will change the total price you pay. Be sure to specify the type of cleaning you need when hiring a new cleaning service. Different approaches to cleaning change the price, such as:

  • Standard cleaning: $75–$175 per visit

  • Deep cleaning: $200–$400 per visit

  • Move-out cleaning: Up to $500

  • Event cleaning: $100–$500

Steam mops can be a better option than traditional mops because the steam can lift stubborn dirt from floors without using chemicals, and it also kills bacteria and dust mites. However, steam mops have drawbacks: they are more expensive, require an electrical outlet, and are not suitable for all flooring types, such as laminate or hardwood, which can be damaged by the steam.

Regular mopping can also sanitize floors effectively when done with the right cleaning products and techniques, though it may require more effort. The main advantage of a traditional mop is its versatility, as it can be used on any type of flooring. Ultimately, the best choice depends on your floor type, budget, and cleaning preferences.

Yes, it’s best to wash all linens, pet items, curtains, rugs, clothing, and cushion covers to remove any excess residue that could cause harm. The pesticides from flea bombs can often linger on surfaces or fabrics, which is why washing all items is best for the health of you and your loved ones.
