They will NOT return my calls. Oh but they will take my money. They NEVER cleaned the return air vent. After several calls they called back and sent 2 different guys to correct the problem. The original guy NEVER took off the return vent cover. It was filthy. The second two guys verified how filthy it was. PLUS I had originally said that there is a distinct odor coming from the vents that was NOT there before cleaning. To that issue they HAVE NOT RETURNED my calls. Guess i'm being snubbed now. So I guess my advice is DON'T call Pure air. They also need to return my money because I had to call my heater guy AGAIN to clean out the heater which they had just done on May 28, 2024. They also verified it was again filthy also.

Dryer vent and duct work cleaning. They do try to add on things at additional cost but I found them professional and cleaned up after themselves. You just have to keep focused on the job they came for. Showed up on time and kept me informed of what they were doing at all times
