The owner, Naomi, was very professional during our interview. She did not try to push me to get more services than I wanted. I have found everyone to be pleasant and always punctual. I am very pleased with J&C and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I hired Noemi for cleaning, the 1st time they came out they did a good job, the 2nd time they came out they did not do much, they were suppose to vacuum the furniture and did not, plus they were suppose to disinfect for mold and did not, I called Noemi and she told me to find someone else because I told her I was going to have follow them room to room

I paid them $460.00 for a deep cleaning at my home, and the work was horrible. They skipped every thing they possibly could and when I tried to get my money back the phone was hung up in my ear , this company is rude and I would never have them in my house again nor would I recommend them to anyone, not even to clean a dog house

"Mr. Lee, First of all, we spoke with your wife and she agreed that we would re-clean the areas that were left uncleaned by mistake, things can happen, a few days before returning, you called screaming, offending and using inappropriate words so we had to ask you to calm down or otherwise we would not continue talking and that happened, after offering again to return to It did not cost you but you only wanted the money back, we are very responsible and we always guarantee our service so if something happens we return and leave our customers happy."

I highly recommend J&C Janitorial. I was so impressed by the professionalism of this company that I hired them on the spot. Noemi, the owner, came out to my house and thoroughly explained how her company functions. Two young ladies came to clean my house. Again, they were very professional and respectful. They brought all their own supplies, wore a mask the entire time and were respectful of my husband and I working from home. They are coming to my house biweekly.

Noemi responded quickly to my request for a quote to clean my poor neglected oven. The oven was in really bad shape and I did not hold out much hope for it but figured it was worth a shot. Noemi arrived on time and took to the task immediately. When she was done, I could not believe it was the same oven! She did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the service she provided. I will definitely keep J&C Janitorial in mind for future services.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
The owner is rude. The refrigerator water dispenser looked like it was used for rags or cleaning. It was disgusting. The bedroom carpet was very poorly cleaned chunks of plastic and little debris all over, which makes sense since they only had a small shop vac to vacuum 3 rooms and a hallway that need upright vacuum with a roller to clean. My scented plug ins I bought the day before and plugged in were gone after their visit. I?m the only person with keys and the house is under motion sensor alarm. When I brought this to the owner?s attention, she was very rude, and blamed me for the quality since I couldn?t be there at completion of the job. It takes 2 minutes to walk the house and see these issues. The owner was on site and should be capable of doing this. This obviously wasn?t done. This could have been fixed by returning my plugins or replacing for a measly $6 and apologizing. I didn?t even want the poor work corrected...just an apology. This could all have been fixed with a good attitude. I?m very reasonable.

First and foremost, we have been in business for over 20 years and not once have been accused of taking an item from a house. We take pride in our history and our reputation. As the owner, I take personal offense to your accusation towards my team's morals. As I mentioned during the estimate and I explained what was included, so nothing should have come to a surprise. Our team of 4 was there for 5 hours with not air-conditioned in the house and did a good job moving everything to clean and remove the pet hair. Prior to moving to the 2nd floor of the house, we asked you to check and let us know if everything was to your standard, and you said it was. How I said we are in business for 20 plus years and have an overall great star rating and customers for 15+ years that will be happy to give us references. We apologize you had a bad experience with us. Thanks."

The ladies did a nice job. The kitchen cabinets could have used a little more detail in some places, but overall well done. They were a mess and so much better now. Bathrooms had been neglected. So it is nice to have them back in shape. They worked quietly and efficiently. Would have them out again.
