"I like to highly recommend Mike Humenik and son, not to be confused with M and M Construction (from the Jersey shore). Mike completed an addition on our residence within the allotted budget. We added over 1200 square feet to the back of our home, thereby adding 10 new areas for use (including a 30-foot ramp, a storm room, 30-foot Trex-like rape, and numerous skylights). Mike worked with our architect and over 40 people (subcontractors and crews) to complete this 4.5-month effort, in time. All of the subcontractors were very friendly and competent craftsmen. Issues were dealt with immediately. As a side note, Mike honored his guarantee by absorbing the cost of completely an error committed by one of the subcontractors. We would definitely call up Mike again as he is an honorable General Contractor."

He replaced a leaking pipe that lead to the roof in my attic, installed plywood in my attic for storage, repaired a leak in my roof, replaced shingles on the roof, installed ceiling storage racks and shelving in my garage and he shows you different aspects of the job as he is working on it. . Everything was done perfectly and he cleaned up when he was finished. There is nothing that he cannot do. And most of all, he is a very nice and courteous person. A beautiful counter was built between our new open kitchen and dining room, both recessed lights and pendants were installed as well as new flooring. One reason I decided to use this builder is that Harry has the ability to take care of every aspect of the project. He and his workers are skilled with carpentry, plumbing, flooring, painting and excellent tile work. He outsourced the electrical, new HVAC and granite to quality people. Because Harry has done so many similar jobs, he gives appropriate guidance as to what styles, colors, etc. would work best. For instance, he basically rearranged our expanded bathroom and it looks great. Overall, we are glad we selected Harry and his crew at the Bathroom and Kitchen King."
