Sami showed up the following day and provided the quote immediately right after that. Secondly, the quote to take down one tree, including stump work, was very reasonable and competitive compared to the other two tree service LLCs I reached out to. Now, for the actual job. Sami's Landscape services performed the job in the utmost, professional way. They have all the right tools and equipment for the job performed, and the crew are well trained and definitely know what they're doing. I have electrical, cable, and phone lines intertwined into the branches of my 40-ft maple tree, and they meticulously navigated around those wires without any issues. "This is my second time with this tree company. For some reason didn't find them in Angie's list, but fortunately found their phone number in my phonebook (saved the last time). The estimate was a little bit cheaper comparing to others (I used 4 companies to get a truly transparent picture of what needs to be done and prevent upselling). Surprisingly to me, none of the companies tried to upsell; their recommendations were the same (up to some extend). At the end, decided to go with BJ's, mostly because of the prior positive experience. The work was done next business day after my call (they even offered same day services, but I was unable to accommodate). The work was done in less than 2 hours! Everything was cleaned after.
