"Called Tree Patrol in August after TS Isiaiahs. They were swamped with work which was understandable. They came when they could, 9/30/2020, and removed a large tree stump from a tree that fell. They were concerned about some things that were around the tree. I told them do what they could. Well.... They did it all and then some. The tree stump is removed and the ground was flattened. "This is my second time with this tree company. For some reason didn't find them in Angie's list, but fortunately found their phone number in my phonebook (saved the last time). The estimate was a little bit cheaper comparing to others (I used 4 companies to get a truly transparent picture of what needs to be done and prevent upselling). Surprisingly to me, none of the companies tried to upsell; their recommendations were the same (up to some extend). At the end, decided to go with BJ's, mostly because of the prior positive experience. The work was done next business day after my call (they even offered same day services, but I was unable to accommodate). The work was done in less than 2 hours! Everything was cleaned after. I will definitely call BJ's next time when I need tree services. Highly recommend!"

"I wouldn't recommend them. The guys are very nice. They came, told me to call them back but how could  I wait till after the winter now and say, hey the grass never grew. And they are not really in the general vicinity I'd rather use someone close by that I don't have to worry whether they are going to come or not or whatever. They said, if you have any problems just call, we'll come back. I didn't see the grass grow and I figured its winter time, let me wait but it never grew. I would not use them again. It is not that they did anything wrong, maybe I should have called them back. They don't live in my area, they came from...somewhere by the beach I think. The price was fine. They were good on the price. The guys weren't nasty, they were very nice, they said to call but when I am paying them money and then my grass doesn't grow, it is odd. They were punctual. They were professional but... When I told them you didn't put the seeding here, they did it but why do I have to tell them, they should know their job. I think that I am going to find someone closer."
