As an elderly person I was ripped off by this company, all I ask for was the replacement of an electrical outlet box and he was here less than one hour and I was charged $376.00 I do not recommend using any services by Mr. Sparky.

I was ripped off by Mr. Sparky. The charged me $378 to replace an electrical outlet. Less than 1 hour of work. Read the small lines before you sign anything. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY TYPE OF ELECTRICAL WORK, especially is your elderly like myself!!!

The service technician cracked my mirror. Dino the branch manager is untruthful. He has been saying my drywall repair and mirror replacement have been approved but nothing is ever received from their accounting department. Avoid them like the plague if you are smart.

They use scare tactics to try to get you to choose them. Totally overpriced

We all hope that when we hire a company to do work for us, that everything will work out and we will never have to call because a repairman didnt show or the work wasnt done to our expectations. But when something goes wrong and we need the company the most, we expect customer service. Customer service does not exist at Mr. Sparky. They do not help you when you call, return phone calls, or keep their promises when you finally get them on the phone. Whats worse, when they do work for you, they expect to be paid immediately, but when they owe you a refund, they dont reimburse you for 28 to 35 days. And when confronted about this, the response of their branch manager is, Thats just what it is. They simply dont care.
