"I have hired Landscape Impressions (3 Howard Ct, Goshen, NY 10924, tel: 845- 351-3454) to change my front of the house entry and little garden with new masonry and new garden. Mr. Brian Mitchell, the owner and his crew (Leo, Jose, Ricardo, Rudy) are highly trained professionals and great people to do business with. Attention to all details, to all my feisty tastes, changes, ideas. Answers to all my questions, great verbal, e-mail and texting communications with all required pictures. Very good pricing, accurate, no surprises. They sent all electric, gas, water/sewer companies to mark the entire area in preparation for work. They removed old pond, waterfall, replaced water piping with new one, hidden under concrete. All cleaning after each day of work. They have all the machines and tools needed for masonry, granite, trees, flowers, grass, etc. I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to continue working with this crew for the back of my house, driveway, etc. Didn't stop to what was written in contract, added little details with pleasure, no overcharge. I highly commend and recommend to everybody. Thank you so much, we're so happy with the new look."

For about 12 years I dreamed about how to capture the special land --- looking at many styles I kept going back to Jo Machinist homes and knew she was the architect for me. Jo has amazing taste and knew exactly what to do she worked with me on how to capture the sun rise and set (and the shadows) , how to frame an iconic tree and bring the Hudson River and the bridge into each room. Some of my favorite parts are the 140 foot retaining wall to secure the land, the levels to have the vanishing edge pool looking at the river while keeping the sun on the pool most of the day with an amazing cabana next to the pool. Jo always told me she would make my home my dream and together we did. I feel like I live in a SPA everyone who visits wants to move in.
