"Township requires architect plan so decided to go ahead with Joseph. He is very good in understanding the layout of home the moment he steps in. He proved to me that there are hvac lines passing through wall and also suggested me options how to tackle it. I would hire him again for sure."

Not only did he listen well to my priorities but he was able to direct my design ideas in the appropriate decision for my project which lead me towards my goals! "Cigano identified a number of important changes to my architectural drawings to strengthen my structure (a car port). The changes recommended and implemented to my plans ensured my Town would issue a building permit. The Town had rejected my initial drawings and required its review and approval by a structural engineer or architect. Cigano really came through and its owner was easy to work with and highly professional. I would highly recommend Cigano."
