"NexGen installed metal roof in main house and asphalt singles for the garage, and I really enjoyed the process and was very happy with my new roof. Upon their suggestion, we also re-did the siding of attics, the fascia (custom bent aluminum capping), as well as gutter replacement to meet the requirements of metal roofing. The roofing and surroundings are look really nice. I found NexGen based on Angi’s recommendation. After talked to three contractors, I felt that they had the most experiences with metal roofing, very knowledgeable about the service and product, and the pricing was reasonable. The project took about a month to complete, and I had no regret to have them installed the roofing and accessories. After signed the contract, the project started with a welcome letter, which detailed the steps and the manager to be responsible for each step. I received text messages and emails ahead of time for the coming events, such as selecting the materials/colors, signing the documents, delivery of the dumpster truck or roofing materials, or crews coming for daily works, etc. Whenever I have questions and concerns, I either sent the text or call, the manager would be back to me very quickly. Not only the managers were very professional, but also the crew. After removing the old roofing, the underneath was carefully inspected, and damaged plywood was replaced. They made sure that the new installed metal panels were well protected when reaching over for the sidings installation. They always cleaned up after a long day of work, no matter how late it was. Due to the structure of my house, which there were a lot of details surrounding fascia and frieze board, they were patient to go through for capping, and it probably required much more work than initially planned, so they even came during the weekend to get it done. Overall, I am very happy with the project and would consider NexGen for other projects or recommend to others."

"Mediocre work for a low price and the result is exactly what you would expect. Towards the end of my project I decided to hire someone else to finish the job. Honestly, it's hard for me to believe that these guys have built decks before, as the job they did on mine is so poor. They used the wrong post bases, and poored the footings below grade so they fill with water. Had to demo the concrete pad to keep the posts dry. They ordered the wrong railings, allegedly by accident, but I suspect to try and cut costs off the job. The trim of the stairs was abysmal, cut ends of the composite boards showing and freehand cuts that look like my toddler did them. Had to rip out the stairs and redo it. The deck boards are installed poorly and are dipping and bulging one year later. Do yourself a favor and find someone else."

"It was amazing 🤩 I made a call to MAS and Harold and Lauren were at my home the next day. Harold, Pete and Gabrielle were extremely hard working and so courteous and such a joy to work with!! I actually was so pleased with the deck that I asked for a quote on vinyl fencing. I would strongly recommend this company for any work needed. It means so much when the actual owner of the company comes and does the work alongside his employees. I did happen to see one horrible review from someone who was 100% 😑. It was actually the only bad review so clearly it was not the fault of MAS but rather the idiot that posted such an incredibly inaccurate and incorrect review. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends and take it from me, I can really be a PITA when things are getting done at my home but not once was I ever meant to feel like I was being a PITA. The customer service skills of Harold and Lauren and their team is remarkable!!!"

"Fantastic! Joe went above and beyond in his effort to please us. His prices are very reasonable, his work perfect and attention to detail made all the difference. He brought us into this century with his design of the railing. He spaced the planks to lessen the change of wood rotting. He patiently applied paint samples so i could pick the right color paint. I am so thrilled with the results and so are my neighbors! My neighbors admired his work and hired him also."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a landscaping company. They are disorganized and nobody in the office communicates with one another. I was scheduled for lawn cutting and they forgot to pull my information. I was told I would be on a Thursday and then they moved me to a Monday. It took 3 weeks before they came out to cut my lawn. I scheduled a spring clean up months before the date. At 5:30 in the evening they still had not come even though I had confirmed the date. I called again and was told a truck was coming. I cancelled it as it was getting too much with shadows and would be dark soon. The owner even gave me an attitude after I told him why I was cancelling his services. Get organized Jays!"
