"I gave this man $3000 which was 33% of the job upfront. Was supposed to give him 33% at the halfway part And 34% upon completion. But when I went to my bathroom and realized you left drugs in my bathroom and I have small children. Not like that 3000 black and small cleaners caught easy and heâ s lucky he hasnâ t been charged with nothing. Only reason that happened is because I wouldnâ t pursue charges. He obviously is a drug addict and has a problem so maybe he should get help Possibly isnâ t the option maybe rehab is. If you paid for supplies, you got ripped off wait 10 years and it will all fall apart charges for certain stuff but buys different stuff so he can use the extra money to pick himself up drugs without nobody noticing, I am so terribly in grief over this. $3000 he ran off with how is Matt doing in business and not in a jail cell"

Generally speaking, it is better to cut tile wet when using a fast-moving wet saw to reduce dust and chipping. However, tile can be cut dry when using just about any cutting tool. Dry cutting will result in a bigger mess and may increase the risk of chipping or cracking, but if you’re just making small cuts, dry cutting is a safe and viable option. If your budget can stretch to it, opting for porcelain tile over ceramic tile makes sense if you need something hard-wearing for a busy, moisture-retaining space. However, the cost of installing ceramic tiles is less expensive. They’re a little softer and easier to work with, making them a good choice for small, decorative DIY projects.

Grout and caulk are commonly used together, especially in bathrooms. Grout goes between the tiles and keeps them sturdy and in place on the walls or floor. Caulk goes in corners or where two different materials meet (like where the bathtub meets the tile) to create a waterproof seal. However, they are not interchangeable—you shouldn't use caulk to adhere tile and shouldn’t use mortar if you need a waterproof seal.

There are no unbreakable rules of design, but experts recommend against using large tiles in areas with poor subflooring where they’re more prone to cracking, in areas where the floor isn’t entirely level, over raised areas or dips, and in bathrooms where budget is the primary concern. Your floors should be completely level for tile, otherwise you risk damaging the tiles in the future. When there are even small gaps or hills in the subfloor beneath the tile, this puts more pressure on the tile when you walk around on the floor. With repeated traffic, the tiles are at risk of cracking, and you’ll have to deal with tile repairs sooner than if the floor was completely level.
