"Our front entry steps were cracked and pulling from house. In addition they were originally installed with a bad pitch, water flowed toward home. Derek from sun Viking came to my home for the estimate and after having 3 other estimates Derek was the only contractor who actually identified the actual problem and explained to me that simply veneering the steps would not correct it. I hired Sun Viking primarily due to Derek's knowledge and although the price was more than we budgeted for we went for it (We budgeted $6500 for the job). WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!! This company exceeded my expectations by doing the little things like pouring footers and rebuilding the steps from the ground up they also installed conduit line for adding step lighting or landscape lights to the homes front later on. His employees were punctual and polite. They explained things to me if I had questions as the job progressed. He was friendly professional and extremely sincere. Its hard to find good contractors I always look for integrity, honesty, professionalism and quality. Miguel possesed all 4 qualities so we decided to go with the patio. We discussed design and paver color combination. Miguel assured me the As the project started we decided to add benches and some landscaping on the side of the house and behind the patio. Miguel and his crew were all very polite kind and thorough. The workmanship is incredible and Miguel takes pride in his work so every aspect is checked. The project came out better than I expected and I am beyond pleased. We now have an additional living space where we can entertain and host gatherings I am extremely satisfied with the patio. Its absolutely beautiful. "They really are not that good because the work they did started to deteriorate quickly after they did it. They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."

All of this was done within 4 hours, and it looks very nice. They also trimmed some overhanging branches and felled a dead tree and removed the debris. Phil, came out, and gave me the HONEST scoop -on what was really wrong: just a freshening up, of all of the hardware, connectors, and corrosion, that had built up, on the service over the years. Very reasonable, and very reliable. I can't say enough. Integrity, means everything to me, as a consumer/man. Phillip, is as good as it gets. If you want an honest electrician.
