"I called them and they called me right back. They came out the next day which was 4 days before Christmas. The workers are the owners of the company and a father and son team. They are polite, respectful, and are attentive to you, your home, and performing service to meet your expectation. The most impressive observation is their truck was clean, they were dressed nice and their clothes and shoes were clean. The inside of their work van truck was clean. For me that tells me a lot about the people. Thank you Bruce and Keith Gilmore for coming out just before the holidays and doing a great job. “ MERRY CHRISTMAS”"

"Great ptos, they cleaned 3 of my carpets. I had some 10 year old stains on the carpets and they disappeared. The guys had to rearrange they living room when they took the carpets and they did it gently and professionally. the same when they put the carpets back"
