He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. "Hired this pro to reinstall a loose tile soap/cloth unit. He asked for a pic so he could give me an estimate. The first pic is the before pic. I failed to notice before he left but noticed a couple hours later that he reinstalled it upside down as the second photo shows. When I texted him he tried to say it was how the unit was when he came and thought it was how I wanted it installed. When I reminded him of the before pic and asked if he could come and fix it the next day he stopped responding. Such a tiny job. So poorly done and did not offer to fix it. This was my first and last time using Angie?s List!!!!! "

"We have had DDP (Dariusz Pardo and his great crew) do substantial projects for us since 2015 - interior painting and kitchen remodel for my motherâ s condo, exterior painting of our house - so when we decided to do a major refresh and renovation of our house, DDP was our first choice. That was a smart move!
