Hired this pro to reinstall a loose tile soap/cloth unit. He asked for a pic so he could give me an estimate. The first pic is the before pic. I failed to notice before he left but noticed a couple hours later that he reinstalled it upside down as the second photo shows. When I texted him he tried to say it was how the unit was when he came and thought it was how I wanted it installed. When I reminded him of the before pic and asked if he could come and fix it the next day he stopped responding. Such a tiny job. So poorly done and did not offer to fix it. This was my first and last time using Angie?s List!!!!!

Robert of A & B reliable home improvement is extremely knowledgeable about taking care of outside decks. I also learned that his company handles many many other outside chores, so I will be using him again in the future.

Robert was super knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. We changed out the door knobs on our doors but the mortise and strike plates were a different size. Robert was able to resize the surface on the doors for us and installed the door knobs. The kicker? The doors were just painted black and needed to be handled with care. Not a single blemish on the doors. Robert did an amazing job! Highly recommended.
