This was all after a fresh 4 inch snowfall. He was dedicated and friendly and made sure everything worked and was to my liking. "I would rate 4.5. My stairlift chair and carriage has to be removed and then replaced for an installation, short notice. He removed and replaced the pieces. The chair still had complications. He was not able to complete it and said he would return. I troubleshot the error and completed it. He was punctual, attentive and professional. Without his initial work we could not have the installation done."
