I called on a Thursday and a team was sent on Tuesday, which I thought was very quick and much appreciated! It would have been great for him to explain the process more (ie I did not realize that his team would not do the baseboards or replace the framing of the doors, etc.) but should this happen again, I’ll know what to ask for.
