"I got my basement waterproofed in January 2023 paid $16K for it & I had to call them twice already because still getting water in the basement not only that but this machine has been beeping consistently every 2-3 seconds because it needs service I called them to come out to resolve the matter but have to wait a whole month for someone to come out! For me to pay $16K to get horrible service & still go through the water issue is not good at all!!!"

We had a 1950s basement that needed a full gut job and requested pretty basic finishes (drywall, electrical, vinyl flooring, carpet, paint, woodwork, etc.). They provided a reasonable estimate and stuck to it. Rudolph was very transparent with me through the whole process. Our old basement had some framing that was not up to code so we had to make a few adjustments to our workplan and he always thought about the most aesthetically pleasing options. They were respectful, neat, and we are super happy with the finished results. I will absolutely reach out to them for our next remodeling project.
