The company was prompt, responsive, and friendly. Mike even came out on a weekend for the estimate. The night before the installation, we had heavy rain and water appeared in a section of the basement it had never been before, so the plans were changed the morning of the work with no issues. The crew was friendly, clean, and even indulged my very curious toddler. I HIGHLY recommend EnviroPro!

We are extremely please with the job Enviropro did in our basement. One key to my decision to hire them is that the Lifetime Warranty is backed not just by EnviroPro, but also by Basement Systems, the national company that created the system they use. The work was done according to schedule, with far less dust and mess than we expected. The crew were very communicative and they cleaned up after themselves. It's like having a brand new basement. We couldn't be happier, and do not hesitate to recommend Mike and his staff.

They were able to stop the problem of water entering our basement from multiple areas. Their very knowledgeable experience was superior to any other vendor we asked to view the problem. In addition, they had to complete major demolition of parts of the basement, reinforce the exterior walls, and bring the finished basement back to life. Enviropro also checked the work once a year for any signs of recurring problems. We have recommended them to many of our neighbors and friends as a reliable and trusted company that FIXED our basement problems!

Great. There was a little bit of miscommunication between the office and the crew the day the job was done, but it was quickly sorted out and dealt with. The job that was done was great. There system works, and my home is dry, and much more pleasant. The whole job took less than a day, and the result was exactly what I expected. It has been a month since the system was installed and the results are very noticeable. I would advise you bring this company in to look at any water problem before going to a general contractor. Enviropro specializes in this work for a reason and it showed.

Mike came over to do an inspection and evaluation. He pointed out certain issues to me that we didn't see before. Then he came up with a budget friendly plan for us. He was one of 3 Angie's List top basement solutions vendors I had contacted. We didn't go with this company because we wanted a more aggressive plan for the situation and his plan didn't go far enough for us. However, it was a good proposal and Mike was very gracious when I let him know we'd opted to go another way, sending me a nice email. I also like that he focused on his own work and didn't question or criticize the competition.

Mike came and did a thorough inspection and recommended a complete solution to resolve the problem. It is a typical house at the shore with a wet crawl space, but also suffered from ground water rising up into the crawl space - to the tune of 2 inches standing in some areas during the spring season. His crew led by Jesse came out and did a thorough job of sealing and installing a french drain and sump pump. At completion Jesse crawled under the space with me to show me how everything works so I could check on it's operation myself. One year later, the crawl space is still dry. I have had two plumbers and a handyman under there doing other work and they all comment how dry it is down there. Price was a bit expensive, but they did a lot of work in a tight crawl space, and includes a 25 year warranty.

They came and inspected the basement and crawl space for us. Gave a full report on the status and made recommendations for a dehumidifier to solve the dampness issue in the house.

From the start to the finish, Enviropro was a great company to do business with.  The receptionist (taking calls, setting up appointments, relaying accurate messages...etc), the estimator (professional, informative), and the workmen (timely, efficient and considerate) - everyone with this company that we dealt with was kind, professional and excellent at their job.  I would recommend them to anyone and we would definitely use them again if we needed to.

Mike arrived promptly, and was polite, friendly, and extremely easy to talk with about any concerns, questions about my basement; he also answered many other questions about other areas of my home which I requested information about. He was very patient, and spent a great deal of time conducting the inspection, and making certain that I understood the information he conveyed to me; in fact, he went above and beyond what most inspectors provide in the way of expertise, and "time spent" on the job.

Fortunately, for me, Mike found no major problem areas, or areas of future major concern; his only recommendation was to have a dehumidifier installed in order to remove water from the air which will greatly reduce chances of mold, allergens, and musty odors and air that will not only affect the basement, but also the upstairs living space which would be drier and healthier with a dehumidifier. Plus, dry air is less costly and easier to heat and cool which is another benefit for any homeowner. I certainly received an education in this area from Mike who is so knowledgeable in his technical field, yet has the gift of explaining all in a clear, simplistic manner. I also appreciated the fact that he did not attempt to "hard sell" me; instead, he left the final decision up to me....completely no pressure. It was a pleasure to have Mike conduct the inspection, and discuss his evaluation with me.

I heartily recommend Mike and his company to others who desire an honest, thorough, and excellent inspection of their basement or crawlspace.

I received prices from two companies from egress windows.  Enviropro was the lowest by far.  After the ordered the window which can take a few weeks, they quickly installed it.  It took their team two days which was shorter than the anticipate three.  The team communicated with me throughout the process about what they were doing and if any issues arose.  The finished window looks far better than I imagined.  They did a great job installing but also keeping my home clean and outside neat.  It is a messy job and they clearly worked to ensure as little disturbance as possible.

It went terrific Mike is the owner and he's the one that came to do the inspection. the inspection was very thorough. he had great ideas and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend him.

Very good work by Enviropro.  A pleasure to work with.  Dependable, punctual.  Arrived on time and explained exactly what would be done and how long it would take and followed through exactly as promised.  Very clean and conscientious.  Put down drop cloths and a dust curtain so this messy job did not get any part of the house dirty.  Great job with exhaust fans and cleaned up completely after the job was done.  Very professional and friendly crew. 

I called the offices; they responded quickly.  We eventually set a time; I had filter replaced.  The unit has been functioning without a hitch since it's install last year.
