"John has done a nice job retiling our powder room. As others have mentioned he is very busy but will work as long as needed to get the job done right (our 45sq/ft job ended up being a bit more involved once old tile was removed). If you DIY tile removal, remove the tiles one step at a time, individually removing the tile, grout, and mortar to prevent unnecessarily damaging the subfloor.
