Thankfully, he did not find any bedbugs, but gave me great advice about how to spot and avoid them showing me an illustration of what the life cycle of a bed bug looks like and where to find them. "We had a really bad experience of calling in the afternoon for a same day appointment for a bee emergency. We were told they could come out no problem and would arrive between 4-5. We were told later they would be delayed until between 5:30-6. Finally at 5:45 we got a call that they weren?t coming at all. This was the worst business to work with. We were in an emergency and would have called other companies if they had been upfront and honest about not being able to arrive for same day treatment. Would never work with them again or recommend."

The proceeds to ask me to sign a yearly contract. Then around 1:30 pm I receive a text message which I just saw telling me they won?t be here till tomorrow. Canceled and blocked my credit card. Talk about a great way to waste a new clients day. I called Kapture and they sent a guy out the same day. I will be using Kapture for my bee issue. "
