"This man claimed and advertised that he could not only get up pet stains but rust in carpet as well. My carpet was not bad, but needed to be freshened up prior to me listing my home for sale. His machine stunk like septic, upon arrival. My carpet looked so bad hours after. It was darker in color, crunchy feeling and severely stained by whatever spray he used. I shared pictures with him as well as my disappointment and he did not come back to rectify the issue. I then purchased a Bissell carpet cleaner and did it myself. It looks 10 times better. Save your money. Buy a Bissell."

"These guys came out under their handyman service (which was formerly listed on Angi's but seems to have since been pulled down) to fix a leak and some water damage. The person showed up 6 hours late with no legitimate excuse. After doing the project, the guy claimed that it was more work than expected and demanded more money (and that I pay immediately), saying he had to pay his "team." There was one person who did the work. And the project was exactly within the scope one would have expected and should have been exactly what I asked be done. The work was sloppy and low quality, and the leak came back the next day. The guy initially said he'd come right away to fix it. Never returned. He has been unreachable since then. Sounds like a pattern... Even provided a fake number for a reception desk that turned out to be some spa in Manhattan."
