Donald and his partner arrived on time. They inspected the vent and started prepping area over stove for clean up. They removed the vent and the grease was everywhere . After an hour and a half, all the grease was gone ! All of it. The cleaned up the area, tested the vent , and were done. A pleasure to deal with. Will be using again and referring to my friends as wells

I hired Donald's Cleaning service to Power wash my deck and siding and soft wash my roof and to stain the deck afterwards. He had sent me a 3 page proposal and it all sounded very legitimate. Well he finished the power washing and wanted to be paid. So I agreed to pay him for the portion that was done, even though he wanted the whole amount. He came back the same week and stained the deck but missed a few spots, on the railings and the fascia of one of the steps, that I pointed out. He got angry with me and wanted to be paid for the full amount even though the job wasn't done. I told him no and he said he would send his helper back and stain the parts the missed. So the helper came back and stained the missing spots and I asked him to do anything else that Donald might have been missed. He proceeded to give many areas a second coating and I gave him the balance that was owed. This was oil based stain and much of the second coating didn't get absorbed so now my deck is a sticky mess. I called Donald and he said he would fix the mess but I would have to pay him an extra $250.00. I told him I was having a party on the weekend and although I didn't like what he was doing, asking for extra money, I need my deck fixed. He came back 2 more time and tried to remove the extra stain with paint thinner, he said he would come back until it was satisfactory. But he couldn't get it right and said the deck would need to be sanded and restained and that it would cost an extra $300.00. So I agreed only because it did seem like a lot of work and who else would do that for $300.00! Just fix it! He told me he would come by on Wednesday. Wednesday morning comes and he calls me and tells me he will be here shortly. Okay that's fine, but he says he has a contract he wants me to sign. Funny because I never signed a contract in the first place. So I tell him that I'm not home, I'm out for the day. And he says he wont perform any work until I sign a contract. I'm not home, I can't sign a contract. Just do the work and I'll pay you as soon as I get home, I say. But no, he wont do any work. I have all the checks of my payments and all our text messages and a deck that is basically unusable. This has been one of the worst experiences with a service provider in my 50 years of owning a home.

AMAZING! I called a number of places and this company was the only service which thankfully called me back due to a last minute cancellation and came SAME DAY! They ended up having one of the guys go back to the store twice to get stronger solutions while the other continued to work. This goes to show they take great pride in work because they would’ve easily been paid as it was 50% better, but they wanted 100%. It almost looks brand new and I can’t thank you guys enough! Background: We had a roof powerwash service done over a year ago which got left an excessive amount of the dirt on our awning-the roofer said it would wash off, but it never did. My husband tried so many online hacks, and I decided to call a service as a last resort before giving in. We are forever grateful for your excellent customer service, attention to detail, and final outcome!
