CFI Carpet Installations and Repairs

This was a WTW carpet repair, but this site doesn't offer that category. In any case, Carlos was recommended to us by our rug cleaning service, and we are so glad we hired him! He was professional, responsive, neat, polite, fairly priced and most important, did great work. Beyond our expectations, highly recommended.

Santos was a pleasure to work with. He always answered his phone, was flexible with appointment times, and reliable. He took his time to explain how he would stretch the buckling carpet. It was obvious he took pride in his work and in making his customer happy. I recommend him without hesitation, and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Santos was very professional, personable, expedient and efficient. He explained why the carpet was buckling and explained what he would do to rectify it. He also ensured I checked the end results of his work. Santos cleaned up after his work by collecting the cuttings and vacuuming the carpet. I most definitely recommend him!

Hardworking clean efficient.

Santos was quick to get in touch with me and provide an honest fair estimate. I hired him and he did the job the next day. He is a true professional and really knows what heâ s doing. He educated me on how to care for the carpet and how to avoid any problems with stretching and pulling. He did a beautiful job with re-stretching our carpets in 3 large rooms. Santos was great. He explained clearly what he was going to do based on our needs, and managed to fix and repair the problem (bubbles in our carpeting needed major stretching) much better than we had ever expected. The carpet now looks great, seamless, with no signs of lines or bubbles. Also, for the job, the cost was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend Santos and his company.
