"If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"I asked them for help fixing a job that another HVAC company had completed. There was an obvious issue, they uncovered it, and advised me to go back to the original person. When I expressed doubt that the original person could fix it, they said they had my best interest in possibly having the service under warranty. I said I just wanted them to fix it and was willing to pay, but they refused to do it. I ended up with no heat overnight and having to pay another professional the same amount to fix it. I?m not sure why after I was authorizing the repair that they didn?t want to do it."

"I had a typical sink clog. Mike from Pipe Werx first asked me a series of questions to make sure he knew what was happening in the bathroom. I appreciated that because my issue could have been masquerading as a simple clog. He laid out ballpark estimates for each possible scenario which was very helpful so I would know what I was on the hook to pay. (Turns out - it was a simple clog, but the cost for clearing it up was very reasonable) Same day service was a huge help!"

They had to order parts and they actually got them over the weekend and another tech is here right now installing them. This tech is the same exact demeanor. Greatest group of guys possible. Due to pandemic and heavy snow in Feb, he accommodated the entire estimate process with photos and FaceTime for an unconventional setup involving new sub panel in my garage 3. He was courteous in answering all my (some naive) questions about the estimate 4. His price is not the lowest, but he used industry grade NEMA 14-50 outlet not the cheap ones 5. He submitted the permit for me (so that we won't have any potential code issues if/when selling the house) 6. He followed up when the permit was approved 7.
