The quote is non-binding, as you can always add or delete items. in our case, the crew decided that the items for removal could be packed easily and tightly on the truck and take up less room. As a result, the actual cost was lower than the estimate. This is in contrast to horror stories we have read online about other junk removal services when the on-site cost was considerably higher than the prior estimate. The only minor hiccup was with the delivery time. We had asked for a 12-2pm window. At 1:15pm we got a very apologetic call that the crew was still in line at the recycling center from a prior pickup and would be late. They gave us a call at 2:15pm that they were coming over and were at our house at 2:30pm. We also received text reminders sent to us the day before and the morning of the pick-up.
