Excellent and pleasant service junk removal service, based out of East Brunswick NJ. The cost was actually lower than what had been estimated! Victory Junk Removal provides a quote in advance based on photos that you email to them. The quote is non-binding, as you can always add or delete items. in our case, the crew decided that the items for removal could be packed easily and tightly on the truck and take up less room. As a result, the actual cost was lower than the estimate. This is in contrast to horror stories we have read online about other junk removal services when the on-site cost was considerably higher than the prior estimate. The only minor hiccup was with the delivery time. We had asked for a 12-2pm window. At 1:15pm we got a very apologetic call that the crew was still in line at the recycling center from a prior pickup and would be late. They gave us a call at 2:15pm that they were coming over and were at our house at 2:30pm. We also received text reminders sent to us the day before and the morning of the pick-up. So while they came to our house a little later than planned their communications were excellent. No question that we would use Victory Junk Removal again.

They went beyond the call of duty. We had a previous service bail on us which left us in the lurch since we're moving next week. Chris came to the rescue within 2 days and removed a lot of stuff some of it was quite challenging. They were very pleasant to deal with. Chris adds a very personal touch, not corporate. Chris responded quickly gave a quote within 30 minutes after receiving my pictures of what had to be removed. Showed up the next day removed everything in under an hour and cleaned up after removal. I would highly recommend victory. I will surely use them again.

Top Notch company! Chris is extremely professional, personable, and considerate . He is responsive and prompt. Has a great crew working with him and we felt comfortable having them in the home. They spent 3 days removing 50 years worth of â stuffâ from the home. Couldnâ t believe how quickly it all disappeared. Once the junk was removed from the basement, they actually swept up and left it spotless. Do not look any further- this is the company to use! You wonâ t be disappointed!

The owner Chris Victors is a down to earth person. He is patient both on the phone and in person. He is a professional businessman who takes his time to listen to the client and lets the client always speak first. He is punctual and calls 30 minutes before his arrival and the day before to confirm the appointment. A First Class businessman is everyday. I have made several calls to other companies and I get background noise because they are in their vehicles who do not bother to pull over because they are not 'aware' of proper communication. They are coming tomorrow to pick up the furniture. So far I have found Chris to be very easy to work with. I really can not rate the actually pick up yet but I am very pleased so far.
