"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in."

We have found our go-to handyman who is skilled in many areas and even has certification for electrical work. He installed book shelves in our basement, ledge shelves in our bedroom, a utility shelf in our laundry room (which needed to be cut to size), 4 grab bars in different locations (my wife is disabled and needs these for support), and an undersink water filter which required drilling through a marble counter top. He is personable and a good communicator. We are already putting together our list for his next tasks. I highly recommend giving him a try. "

I am on a wheelchair & the following work had to be done : 1. to manoever my wheelchair they had to remove a small wall by the toilet & move the electricals in the area. 2. Provide a new GFCI outlet & install a new Brondell Swash bidet seat. 3. Install a wheelchair ramp to get into the house on my wheelchair.
