"John was extremely helpful on a very short notice. I called him on a Friday and he came the same day because he was nearby to checkout the job. I broke one of my windows when trying to close it, so needed a glass replaced, and we’ve also had recurring leaks from one of our front double windows for over two years that I had 3 different contractors look at. They all ‘promised’ to resolve it by doing things that were (in hindsight) unnecessary and unhelpful. Once John stopped by he already knew what the problem was based on my description over the phone and confirmed it in person. He came a few days later to resolve both of my issues and even did more than we agreed, to ensure I wouldn’t have issues in the future. He also made paying him as easy as possible, as I was unable to pay cash. He’s punctual, keeps his word and incredibly helpful.
