Very professional, on-time, and fair pricing estimates for electrical work I needed in my condo, including moving the position of a ceiling light and setting up two new sconces, both of which required patching up the drywall afterwards and they made it look seamless. Joe really values quality work and made sure to check in throughout the job and afterwards to make sure I was satisfied, answering any questions I had. They offer a ton of handyman services and I will be booking them for future tv mounting needs as well."

I had clearly explained the scope—replacing 10-12 standard switches with smart switches giving model number/spec—and was hoping for a lump sum proposal, but they only offered hourly rates, which is understandable. They estimated it would take about 2 hours, but the job ended up taking over 4. While they mentioned having done similar installations before, they spent quite a bit of time reviewing instructions on site, which added to the time and cost. The final bill was over $800 for a couple switches, including a service fee and $10 for wire connector? (The switches come with connector) Just a heads-up to others: be sure to ask detailed questions about hourly charges and how time will be managed, especially for smart device installations."

"My job was complicate because there is agency that need to approve the work FEMA and the township of Keansburg . So I looked around for some time I interview few contractors and was not sure but luckily Tom was recommended by one of my friends I interviewed him and was very much satisfied impressed by the answers and knowledge of what needed to be done. "I called Rick on Friday at 6:40am on a whim and he answered. He had a tech out to me by 11 am. I couldn’t believe it. The tech that came to me, was the most sincere and truthful person ever. They had to order parts and they actually got them over the weekend and another tech is here right now installing them. This tech is the same exact demeanor. Greatest group of guys possible. Not a bad bone in them. I will utilize there services and recommend them to anyone. Hands down great group of people. "

Due to pandemic and heavy snow in Feb, he accommodated the entire estimate process with photos and FaceTime for an unconventional setup involving new sub panel in my garage 3. He was courteous in answering all my (some naive) questions about the estimate 4. His price is not the lowest, but he used industry grade NEMA 14-50 outlet not the cheap ones 5. He submitted the permit for me (so that we won't have any potential code issues if/when selling the house) 6. He followed up when the permit was approved 7.
