"This is the 2nd time I've used Freeborne and I would definitely have them back again. They built a 12' X 16' enclosed room on a 2nd story deck and it came out great. "Tom and Matt came by to side my house (and garage), put in new windows, and rip off the old roof and put a new one on. Attention to detail was impeccable. "I contracted AAA Custom Painting to have my mom's house painted.  The quality of their work was excellent.  They sanded most of the house down to the bare wood, repaired areas of wood rot, primed and painted by hand (not sprayed), stained the deck, and fixed/replaced the screens on my mom's porch.  While working, they discovered a large sheet of rotted wood that wasn't originally visible for the estimate (it was beneath the exterior).  This could have been very expensive but they worked out a cost-effective solution that took about a day of carpentry.  This added $950 to the original $10,700 estimate which included labor and materials - I think this was a good price for the work that was done.  My mother was very pleased with their work as well (although some of her plantings got a little beat up - they warned us of this, however, and I believe they did what they could to minimize that damage).
They also worked very quickly; the job was completed in 10 days.
The price might seem a little high, but the exterior was in pretty bad shape and required a great deal of prep work.  Considering the amount of work needed, the price was reasonable.
I have but one issue.  Although they very nice people, they are not good about returning my phone calls or emails.  I wanted to hire them to power-wash the moss from my mom's roof (which previously I had spoken to them about - they quoted me a reasonable price that I agreed to) . I also wanted to get an estimate for some retaining wall work.  I've called or emailed them several times during the past four weeks and have not yet heard from them.
Bottom line, however, they did an excellent job."

"Power spray of house was great.  Pool deck had puddles because it doesn't drain well.  Planning to have contractor come out and seal pool deck with epoxy cement paint so puddles (with some dirt) will be removed before paint.  Contractor was courteous and helpful when more attention to some areas was requested.

"Mr. Roco showed up with his team ready to work hard. He worked 6 days a week. The outside company we hired to providing the milling of the historic window trim got behind on their orders. Mr. Roca took advantage of this three-week delay, and got in the room and painted and did everything he could while we waited on the trim to be made. When the trim arrived, in one day he finished up. Painting was completed. They also spent another half day doing a thorough clean up job.  There was not a speck of paint. 
Mr. Roca is an excellent contractor. His team is professional, highly skilled, responsive, careful, and neat.  They are real perfectionist. The mitered corners were skillfully completed. The floor and ceiling beautiful, and the paint job was perfect.  The sidewalk and apron paving was also perfect. 
Their work on our sidewalk and aprons was so well done - that five of our neighbors hired them as well to re-do their sidewalks too. Now we have a whole block of beautiful sidewalks. 
 Mr. Roca's team are also very friendly and quiet. They tidied up each evening.  They have good work ethics and show up on time. They did not rush the work and as a result and most importantly, their work product was excellent too.  
I highly recommend this contractor.  We will definitely be hiring them again for future projects.
