"I can only suggest one thing - Call Richard for any painting or power washing projects. Don't walk, Run to your phone. This guys and his son were amazing. I was in a pinch to get a room painted, power washing deck, patio and pool area as I was in the process of selling my home. Rich came on time. Gave me a fair quote. And best of all was able to rearrange a few other projects to fit me in to what I would call a small window of time I had. Work was professional and clean. But wait there is more! Power washing of the deck took a bit too much color out (Rich had said he would be aware to keep the pressure down a bit). But when it was done it really needed to be stained. No hesitation. Rich knew it had to be stained. Again he re-arranged his scheduled and came on a SUNDAY to finish the project. Now I am not saying to expect this on every job. But the Lord was looking over me and out of Angie's list came RAP painting!! Run, don't walk to you phone."

"This is the 2nd time I've used Freeborne and I would definitely have them back again. They built a 12' X 16' enclosed room on a 2nd story deck and it came out great. "I contracted AAA Custom Painting to have my mom's house painted.  The quality of their work was excellent.  They sanded most of the house down to the bare wood, repaired areas of wood rot, primed and painted by hand (not sprayed), stained the deck, and fixed/replaced the screens on my mom's porch.  While working, they discovered a large sheet of rotted wood that wasn't originally visible for the estimate (it was beneath the exterior).  This could have been very expensive but they worked out a cost-effective solution that took about a day of carpentry.  This added $950 to the original $10,700 estimate which included labor and materials - I think this was a good price for the work that was done.  My mother was very pleased with their work as well (although some of her plantings got a little beat up - they warned us of this, however, and I believe they did what they could to minimize that damage).
They also worked very quickly; the job was completed in 10 days.
The price might seem a little high, but the exterior was in pretty bad shape and required a great deal of prep work.  Considering the amount of work needed, the price was reasonable.
I have but one issue.  Although they very nice people, they are not good about returning my phone calls or emails.  I wanted to hire them to power-wash the moss from my mom's roof (which previously I had spoken to them about - they quoted me a reasonable price that I agreed to) . I also wanted to get an estimate for some retaining wall work.  I've called or emailed them several times during the past four weeks and have not yet heard from them.
Bottom line, however, they did an excellent job."

"Power spray of house was great.  Pool deck had puddles because it doesn't drain well.  Planning to have contractor come out and seal pool deck with epoxy cement paint so puddles (with some dirt) will be removed before paint.  Contractor was courteous and helpful when more attention to some areas was requested.
