Derek was the only one to bring documentation about his company, his insurance policies, and provided a full written contract within DAYS of our initial meeting. Changing the locks on my basement door so I would never have to worry about anyone coming upstairs, ordering a port-a-potty so no one would have to use my bathroom inside, daily morning phone calls to let me know what was being done that day and the upcoming days, etc. Every single one of his workers were kind, intelligent, hard working, and professional. They were great and started promptly 7am, I have decent size roof, the whole job completed in one day. 2 layer tear off, roof, fascia, soffits, gutters!!!! Amazing !! Plus, their attention to detail and highly very impressed with the clean up afterwards.
