"This is the 2nd time I've used Freeborne and I would definitely have them back again. They built a 12' X 16' enclosed room on a 2nd story deck and it came out great. Our house was double the size that was offered in the deal but he was kind enough to send us another price and he was really nice about it and accommodating. He could have charged us twice the price and he didn't he just gave us another special deal. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. (10/14/2016) UPDATE Bob had offered a special deal through Angie's List to clean and scrub the roof . He said due to our home supposedly being larger then that deal offered, we would have to pay him extra for that but he would still give us a break on the total. He cleaned the roof, but it was still dirty. Bob said to wait for it to rain and it will clean the rest that was left, so we did. After the rain it still looked horrible. We reached out to him and requested he redo the job. He said he would and since then many call have been made to him with no response. We definitely are not happy with his lack of response to us especially after he had gone out of his way to make sure the house was completely clean."

"Tom and Matt came by to side my house (and garage), put in new windows, and rip off the old roof and put a new one on. Attention to detail was impeccable. All of our neighbors were impressed with the work, and would often stop by to see the guys work their magic. They got here early every day, busted their butts, and always made sure to clean up before they left. Bonus, if there was pizza and a beer as the light at the end of the tunnel, they would always put in a few extra hours. Great guys. I will be using All Phases again for my next project."

"Mr. Roco showed up with his team ready to work hard. He worked 6 days a week. The outside company we hired to providing the milling of the historic window trim got behind on their orders. Mr. Roca took advantage of this three-week delay, and got in the room and painted and did everything he could while we waited on the trim to be made. When the trim arrived, in one day he finished up. Painting was completed. They also spent another half day doing a thorough clean up job.  There was not a speck of paint. 
Mr. Roca is an excellent contractor. His team is professional, highly skilled, responsive, careful, and neat.  They are real perfectionist. The mitered corners were skillfully completed. The floor and ceiling beautiful, and the paint job was perfect.  The sidewalk and apron paving was also perfect. 
Their work on our sidewalk and aprons was so well done - that five of our neighbors hired them as well to re-do their sidewalks too. Now we have a whole block of beautiful sidewalks. 
 Mr. Roca's team are also very friendly and quiet. They tidied up each evening.  They have good work ethics and show up on time. They did not rush the work and as a result and most importantly, their work product was excellent too.  
I highly recommend this contractor.  We will definitely be hiring them again for future projects.
