"The unit I had purchased from Home Depot had a piece missing, this was noticed by Easy Flow and I returned it to store for a new one. Once again, Easy Flow inspected the new unit and recommended I return it as it seemed the unit was previously installed and removed before being returned to the store. I finally picked up the third unit with a Home Depot employee verifying that it was brand new and Easy Flow installed it. I appreciate that Easy Flow remained while I went through the return process.

The contractor applied the cost for the estimate to the total repair bill.  Moe was in communication with me letting me know when the parts would be arriving and when he would be able to pick them up and install them into my furnace.
