He was doing drain clearing work for them in our condo building which had not had any pm work done on the entire drain pipe system in 40 years. Despite it being a huge project with multiple leaks throughout the building he handled the filthy and exhausting job very professionally and worked very long exhaustive hours until the job was done thoroughly. He was very empathetic to all his customers, explained and showed camera views of the clogs, and made certain the customers were well informed and totally satisfied with the completed work.
