They were able to come 2 days later and they had the knee installed within 2 hours, start to finish. "John was very professional.  He was very good at listening to what  I wanted and discuss various options.  I called him on Monday evening and he had everything ready to install on Friday morning.  He also noticed that wires that connect to the circuit breakers were lose.  So he could have just secured those wires but did the extra work to check all the wires, and made the discovery that many of the wires were very lose.  Some just pulled right out.  Very concerning to say the least.  Good catch John!  I had this issue before and there was arcing and almost had a fire in the panel.  his price was reasonable.  The parts alone are about $600 and he was here for about 4 hours.  I plan on having more work done and installing whole house surge protector.

"The quality of the work was pretty good, but the price was a bit steep.  These guys are salesmen.  They will convince you to buy things you don't really need (we got talked into a whole home surge protector) at prices that are a bit higher than you could probably get elsewhere.  But I'd trust them to do a good job and they're easy.  They come when they say and I was happy with their work.  If you need an electrical job and don't mind paying a bit more to make things easy on yourself they're probably a good way to go.  But carefully consider any "extras" they suggest including as you may not need them...

It wasn't a simple task as we live on somewhat of a mountain. A retaining wall had to be built and the ground leveled. He came out as promised an completed the task timely and efficiently.
