Victor came the next day for an estimate, and as extremely professional and honest, I got a great vibe and sense from him and we scheduled a replacement for the pool liner. They were able to come 2 days later and they had the knee installed within 2 hours, start to finish. Throughout the entire process, they were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any pool needs. "A little bit of a back story, my basement flooded on Christmas, during a storm a couple of years ago. I had to pay a company to install french drains inside the basement to avoid another flooding. Long story short, 12 thousand dollars later, I was left with the perimeter of my basement lower than the original floor level. It took me a while to save for a renovation but when I was ready I needed a jack of all trades with great attention to detail. I hired Khris to level out my floors and install luxury vinyl planks throughout. My basement finally looks and feels amazing! He wasn’t annoyed at all of my questions or me watching him do the installation (which I really appreciated). He went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed, and the end results reflect his knowledge and work ethic. I had him move a light switch, prime and paint all of the new drywall I had installed shortly after the flood, and few quick jobs around the house. He also installed my baseboards! Money well spent! I appreciate his professionalism and how well informed I felt throughout this process. After going through the flood last thing I needed was a janky job. 1000% recommended Simpson Home Solutions."

"Dave spent an hour and a half on the outside alone.  He left no stone unturned unless the seller had furniture or boxes in the way.  He had been in the construction business for 30 years, and that was very apparent.  He found things I would have never thought of, and was honest when he found good things as well.  He spent the time to explain and remind me of even the simplest safety things you should do in a home, like hitting the test and reset buttons on outlets once a month.  Apparently they break after a while and don't work at all.  I would definitely recommend Dave!!

"It went beautifully! Steve gave us suggestions that ultimately allowed us to save money and looked great! It was logistically difficult for us to be there but he kept us updated as he went along and sent pictures of the progress. And because we couldn't be there many things such as taking down pictures, moving knick-knacks as well as clothes and furniture were done by him and his crew without a problem. We added a few additional things to be done and the prices were very reasonable in my opinion. Mom is going to be so thrilled!"
