"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. On another, showed up hours later admitting it was because they were hungover from the night before?completely unprofessional behavior. They do not work around the customer?s schedule, and when we confronted them about the ongoing issues, we were told we were ?overreacting.? A simple request to move a sprinkler head became a drawn-out issue and was never completed. Every follow-up was met with, ?I?m doing this as a courtesy,? even though we had already paid them in full?plus extra. The unfortunate part is we actually liked them and wanted to continue using their services. "
