"Mike was great to work with. I hired him to renovate my primary bedroom and bath. While the bedroom only needed a basic refresh, the bathroom was a full gut remodel including moving fixtures and windows. During the course of the project, we encountered many problems with infrastructure from prior remodels. He fixed all structural problems, electrical updates, and installed a new window which also required re-shingling the outside of my home and matching the existing exterior paint. He has a remarkable attention to detail, and all work was completed to a high standard. His worked passed all inspections on the first try. He also has a deep rolodex of excellent subcontractors for every piece of the work. The project took longer than anticipated (some of which was due to my schedule, change orders, and delays in materials I ordered), but he was on site every day and was in constant communication with me on every detail. He worked clean and took care with my home throughout the process."

"We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs."

"We just had our basement finished. Not re-finished but finished for the first time. The house was built in 1924 with a dirt floor in the basement and low hanging pipes, overall a very challenging job. We wanted to turn it to a family room with a full bath, laundry room, closets, etc. Joe's guys (Chico and Javier) did a fantastic job. They are knowledgeable, thorough, thoughtful, and creative. We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation."

"Cesar and his crew just finished a remodel of my master bathroom. This is the second major project completed in my home by CSZ (prior kitchen remodel) and once again they exceeded my expectations. Cesar worked with me along the way to come up with the perfect design to ensure all my requirements were met. He is knowledgeable and his attention to detail is second to none. The CSZ crew, Armondo and Benjamin were also a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hardworking. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up at the end of each work day. My dog even loves them! I highly recommend CSZ Construction. They will most certainly be back for future projects in my home!"

"Great experience with Charles Renovations. We dealt with Angel, who was professional and prompt and honest from start to finish. We are very satisfied with the work done on our basement refinish/remodel. Great communication and great workmanship. I recommend Charles and would use them again."

"Carmello is great. After a flood ruined my basement these guys completely repaired and renovated the space including new french drains, vinyl sheeting behind the drywall, dry locked the window wells and caulked all necessary gaps. Not cheap but they knew exactly what they were doing and since our area has had several storms w record rainfall and my basement has been bone dry. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend."

"Alex and his team did an excellent job remodeling our basement. He was very easy to work with and provided many suggestions. True professional and cares about the work his team is doing. Great customer service. I would recommend him without issue. Most contractors that i dealt with did not want to be bothered when I mention I wanted permits. Alex didn't mind working with permits. When my basement was approved by 3 township inspectors they all said what a great job he did! Thanks Alex and Team"
