They always communicated promptly and fully explained the nature of their procedures and the reasons why things were being done a certain way, based on their years of experience. The procedure took at least two visits to complete, with the need for the decks to dry fully before painting. They were very friendly and did several little extras free of charge.

Our second-floor walkup rental unit in North Brooklyn hadn't been painted in nearly 10 years when our longtime tenant moved out in May.
